I’m waiting patiently and watching the temperature carefully. It’s going to be getting colder. Soon, I hope. Because that means two things:
1. Dark beers. Most dark beers are seasonal and specific to winter. There are more than a few I cannot wait for the return of.
2. I can smoke more. Blistering South Mississippi heat doesn’t really go with spending an hour and a half smoking. It’s harder to do in the afternoons, and with the humidity keeping it hot into the evening, harder to do then as well.
So as that temperature drops and starts to get under the 90s… it’ll be time to get back to smoking more. Which means trying new things. Which means more frequent Tobacco Tuesday posts.
